We had researched several MSP's in Cleveland, and no one matched up like George and his team at Fidelity Systems.

Their response time, customer service and technical skill levels are what we had hoped to meet our expectations. It’s been nine years and they continue to fulfill our needs with new technology trends and suggestions to prepare and help protect our environment from cyber threats. After about 15-18 years of another company providing IT service for my company I got fed up with poor response times and poor interactions. I met the folks at Fidelity Systems and they walked me through how they would go about things, all that they’d take care of and they assured me that from a technical perspective they would meet and exceed my expectations, and they certainly have. Just as important as the technical side of things I wanted an IT solutions provider that would answer emails, phone calls, etc. in a prompt manner and without a poor attitude. Fidelity Systems has excelled in this department.
